3 packages cream cheese , room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tubes store bought crescent rolls
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2.In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
3.Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
4.Roll out one tube of crescent rolls onto the bottom of the prepared pan, pressing seams together to form a crust.
5.Spread cheesecake mixture over the crescent roll crust.
6.Roll out the other tube of crescent rolls on top of the cheesecake mixture, pinching seams together to seal.
7.In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top of the crescent roll layer.
8.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
9.Allow to cool before slicing into bars and serving.
