2 tablespoons green chili salsa
1 avocado , sliced in 1/ and pit removed

Instructions

1.In a medium-size bowl, spoon in the green chili salsa.
2.Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and place it flesh-side down onto a cutting board. Slice the avocado flesh crossways, then lengthways without piercing the skin.
3.With a spoon, scoop the avocado out and add to the bowl with the salsa.
4.Using a fork, mash the avocado slightly, mixing it with the salsa until it is well combined.
5.Serve the chunky guacamole immediately, or place in the refrigerator to chill for around 10 minutes if desired.
