10 ounces very dark chocolate
7 ounces unsalted butter
3 eggs
7 ounces light muscovado sugar
3 ounces self raising flour
6 ounces walnuts
7 ounces milk chocolate , chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
3.Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally.
4.Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
5.Beat the eggs and sugar together in a bowl until pale and fluffy.
6.Fold in the melted chocolate mixture and flour until just combined.
7.Stir in the walnuts and chopped milk chocolate.
8.Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
9.Bake for 25-30 minutes until risen and a skewer inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
10.Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
