Ingredients

750 g milk chocolate
500 g marshmallows
150 g unsalted peanuts
100 g Turkish Delight
200 g dark chocolate
100 g white chocolate
This Christmas Tree! Rocky Road Treat is a festive twist on the classic rocky road dessert. Shaped like a Christmas tree, this treat is perfect for holiday parties and gatherings. The combination of milk chocolate, marshmallows, peanuts, and Turkish Delight is indulgent and delicious. The dark and white chocolate decorations add an extra touch of sweetness and style. Instructions

1.Break up the milk chocolate into a large heatproof bowl and melt over a pan of simmering water.
2.Cut up the marshmallows into small pieces and chop up the Turkish Delight into bite-sized chunks.
3.Once the chocolate is melted, remove from heat and add in the peanuts, marshmallows, and Turkish Delight. Stir gently to combine.
4.Pour the mixture into a tree-shaped silicone mould and smooth out the top with a spatula.
5.Melt the dark chocolate and use a piping bag to create a zigzag pattern over the milk chocolate mixture. Then melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the top of the dark chocolate pattern.
6.Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until set.
7.Once set, remove from the mould and decorate with sugar sprinkles and edible glitter before serving.
