Ingredients

15 maraschino cherries , drained
2/3 cup white chocolate chips or 2/3 cup chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 package shortbread , triangles
30 sliced almonds
15 white chocolate chips or 15 chocolate chips
shredded coconut
15 red cinnamon candies

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325°F.
2.Place shortbread triangles on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
3.Remove from oven and let cool.
4.Melt white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in microwave or double boiler.
5.Using toothpicks, dip cherries in melted chocolate and place on shortbread triangles.
6.Use sliced almonds as ears and tail, and add a chocolate or white chocolate chip for the nose.
7.Sprinkle with shredded coconut to create a snow-like effect and add a red cinnamon candy for eyes.
8.Place in refrigerator until chocolate has hardened.
