Instructions

1.Add water, olive oil, salt, brown sugar, nonfat dry milk powder, strong white bread flour, and dried yeast in the bread machine bowl in the order suggested by the manufacturer.

3.Add dried cranberries and walnut pieces to the dough after the beep.
4.Once the dough is ready, remove it from the bread machine and shape it into a round. Place it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it rest for 30 minutes.
5.Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
6.Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
7.Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing and serving.
