1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons rice flour
4 to 6 clementines , juice and zest of

Instructions

1.In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and carrot, and cook for 10 minutes or until soft and golden.
