4 English muffins , split
16 slices bacon
8 large eggs , poached , still slightly runny
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika

2 cups milk
2 cups swiss cheese , grated
1/2 cup dry white wine ( or alcohol free )
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup corn flakes , crushed

Instructions
