Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, honey, dry sherry, garlic, green onion, and chili flakes.
2.Place the lamb in a large resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over it. Seal the bag and chill in the refrigerator overnight, flipping the bag occasionally.
3.Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
