1 lemon
10 calamari , tubes
1/4 lb loose chorizo sausage ( or casings removed for links )
1/3 cup crabmeat
1 large egg
1 tablespoon almond meal or 1 tablespoon flour
1 pinch salt
1 shallot , finely diced
10 toothpicks
avocodo oil or preferred oil
1 1/2 cups canned organic crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon raw honey
salt and pepper
parsley or cilantro

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

7.Heat oil in a skillet and cook each end of the stuffed calamari tubes until lightly browned.
8.Place the cooked calamari in a baking dish with crushed tomatoes that have been mixed with raw honey and a pinch of salt and pepper.
9.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
10.Sprinkle with parsley or cilantro and serve with the sliced lemon.
