Ingredients

1 egg white
450 ml white sugar
50 ml powdered sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons gelatin , powder plus
150 ml boiling water
smorgasran or thin wafers
300 g dark chocolate , plus
1 teaspoon oil or 1 teaspoon butter
coconut , shredded or crushed nuts

Instructions

1.Chokladbollar:

3.While the egg white mixture is resting, dissolve the powdered sugar and gelatin powder into the boiling water,
4.Combine the gelatin mixture with the egg white mixture and beat until combined.
5.Roll small balls of the mixture and coat them with shredded coconut.

7.Heat 150 ml of heavy cream in a pan until it comes to a boil.
8.Add 350 g of shredded coconut to the pan and stir well.
9.Pour the mixture into a mold and let it cool until solidified.

11.Beat 150 ml of heavy cream until it reaches a whipped consistency.
12.Roll small balls of the whipped cream and coat them with thin wafers.

14.Melt 300 g of dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and add 1 tsp of oil or butter.
15.Cut the marshmallows into small pieces and coat them with the melted chocolate.
