Instructions

1.Preheat your oven at 325°F.
2.Whisk flour and butter together in a bowl until completely combined.
3.Add caster sugar and mix everything well.
4.Line a baking tray with parchment paper and press the dough into the tray.
5.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
6.Meanwhile, melt chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave.
