Ingredients

1/4 liter milk
50 g chocolate ( recipe specifies `` with a hint of oranges '' )
3 eggs
2 egg yolks
30 g sugar
1 orange
butter ( for the moulds )
50 g plain dark chocolate
1/8 liter cream

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter 8 small moulds

4.Pour the warm chocolate mixture over the eggs while stirring
5.Pour the mixture into the moulds and place them in a baking dish filled with enough water to reach halfway up the moulds
6.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, then let cool
7.Melt the plain dark chocolate in a microwave or bain-marie, then add the cream and mix well
8.Pour the chocolate mixture onto the cooled custard and let cool again in the fridge for at least 1 hour
