Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking sheet.
2.In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cloves.
3.Add the coffee, milk, egg, and vanilla to the bowl and stir until just combined.
4.Fold in the walnuts, chocolate chips, and dried cranberries.
5.Divide the dough in two and shape each half into a log approximately 12 inches in length and 2 inches wide.
6.Place the logs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
7.Allow the logs to cool completely on the baking sheet before using a serrated knife to cut them into individual bars approximately 1/2 inch thick.
8.Place the bars on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
