1/2 cup raw brown sugar , firmly packed
2 tablespoons honey
2 eggs , beaten lightly
1 cup plain flour
2/3 cup macadamia nuts , chopped coarsely

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 20cm square cake pan.

7.Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
8.Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
9.Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
