1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
55 g butter , at room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
85 g butter
1 1/2 cups icing sugar , sifted
2 tablespoons double cream ( heavy cream )
food coloring ( optional )
colored sprinkles

1.Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F) degrees and line a standard muffin tin with cupcake liners.
