Chocolate-Cinnamon Babka is a delicious Jewish dessert that originated in Eastern Europe. It is a sweet, soft and fluffy bread filled with chocolate and cinnamon. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Chop the chocolate bars coarsely and mix with cinnamon in a bowl.
3.Add 1/3 cup of sugar and mix the ingredients together.
4.Cut the chilled 1/4 cup of butter into chunks and mix it in using a fork until the mixture has the crumbly texture of coarse sand.
5.To make the yeast dough, take a separate bowl and mix together the confectioners ' sugar, flour, and remaining chilled butter or margarine.
6.Add the beaten egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix everything together until it forms a dough.
7.Roll the dough out on a floured surface to form a large rectangle.
8.Spread the chocolate-cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the surface of the dough.
9.Roll up the rectangle of dough, starting at the longer side. Once you have rolled up all of the dough, pinch the edges together a bit to seal the filling in.
10.Grease a loaf pan with a little butter or cooking spray and transfer the loaf to the pan. Cover it with a clean dish towel and let it rest and ferment for an hour.
11.Once the dough has risen for an hour, bake it in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
