Ingredients

90 g butter
1/4 cup caster sugar
1 cup plain flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
600 g cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
350 g dark chocolate , melted
60 g toasted hazelnuts , roughly chopped
100 g dark chocolate , melted
25 g toasted hazelnuts

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180c. Grease and line a square baking tin (17 x 17cm).
2.Melt 90g butter and place in a bowl with caster sugar.
3.Stir in plain flour and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder until mixture comes together.
4.Spread mixture over the bottom of the baking tin.
5.Bake for 10 mins. Remove and cool.
6.Beat 600g cream cheese until smooth.
7.Stir in sour cream and 350g melted dark chocolate.
8.Spread mixture over cooled cake base.
9.Top cheesecake with chopped hazelnuts.
10.Allow to set in fridge for at least an hour.
11.Melt remaining dark chocolate and drizzle over cheesecake.
12.Sprinkle toasted hazelnuts over the top. Serve chilled.
