Ingredients

250 g chocolate rollettes
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup caster sugar
220 g chocolate hazelnut spread ( Nutella )
600 ml thickened cream
1/3 cup roasted hazelnuts , chopped

Instructions

1.Grease and line a 22cm springform cake tin.
2.Process rollettes in a food processor until finely crumbled.
3.Add 50g of melted butter and process to combine.
4.Press mixture into the base of the prepared tin and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
5.Meanwhile, whisk egg yolks and sugar in an electric mixer until thick and pale.
6.Spoon in the Nutella and whisk again until well combined.
7.In a separate bowl, whip the thickened cream until soft peaks form.
8.Gently fold into Nutella mixture until well combined.
9.Pour the mixture onto the base and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Freeze overnight or until firm.
