Ingredients

150 g unsalted butter
2/3 cup caster sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
1 egg , lightly beaten
125 g Savoiardi cookies , chopped
3/4 cup dried cranberries
drinking chocolate , to dust
Choc-Coconut & Cranberry Slice is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that's perfect as a snack or dessert. It has become a favourite among those who appreciate a balance of sweet and tart flavours in a single bite. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced) and grease a 16cm x 26cm baking dish.
2.Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, cocoa, and coconut. Add the egg and mix well.
3.Fold in the chopped Savoiardi cookies and dried cranberries.
4.Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the surface with a spatula.
5.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the slice is firm to touch.
6.Let it cool in the dish and dust with drinking chocolate before serving(optional). Cut into slices and serve.

CONS
