12 large eggs , hardboiled
1/3 cup mayonnaise , plus
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons canned chipotle chiles , finely chopped ( can add up to 3 teaspoons )
24 cilantro leaves , fresh , garnish

Instructions
