Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and the egg whites, then add the sesame oil, chopped cilantro, grated fresh ginger, and minced garlic for the meatballs.
2.Add in the ground pork, peeled and deveined shrimp, and chopped water chestnuts, and mix until everything is well combined.
3.Roll tablespoon-sized meatballs and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
4.In a large pot, bring 7 cups of chicken stock to a simmer and add in the minced garlic, grated fresh ginger, and sliced scallions.
5.Add the meatballs to the simmering stock, followed by the chopped bok choy (or cabbage), and sliced carrots, and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
6.Finally, add in the snow peas and continue to simmer for 3-5 more minutes until the vegetables are tender and the meatballs are cooked through. Serve hot and enjoy!
