Ingredients

1 tablespoon chili oil ( I use olive oil with 1/4 tsp chili powder )
1 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic ( used less than 1/4 tsp garlic powder )
1 can tomato soup ( I also added 1/2 can tomato bits for texture or use a soup with tomato bits in it )
1/4 lb cooked and peeled shrimp
1/4 cup water chestnut , drained
1 green onion , finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup frozen peas
salt , if needed
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

1.Heat chili oil (or olive oil and chili powder) in a pan.
2.Add chopped onion and minced garlic (or garlic powder) to the pan, and cook until the onion is translucent.
3.Add tomato soup (or soup with tomato bits) to the pan, and stir in cooked and peeled shrimp, drained water chestnut, chopped green onion, pepper, and frozen peas. Cook until everything is heated through.
4.Season with salt (if needed) and garnish with chopped cilantro.
