4 lbs pork spareribs , trimmed of excess fat

Instructions

1.In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

3.Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C. Line a baking dish with foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.
