Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 clove garlic , finely chopped
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can tomato puree
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce , For best Taste use the Imported Soy sauce .
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup chili sauce
5 lbs spareribs ( Country style spareribs can be used , but baby back ribs are the best . )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

8.Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the ribs are tender.
9.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and caramelizes on the ribs.
10.Serve hot with rice and steamed vegetables.
