300 g prawns
43 g sesame seeds
8 slices white bread
4 large eggs
oil , to fry
sesame oil , if possible

Instructions

1.In a food processor, blend the prawns until they turn into a paste.
2.In a mixing bowl, add the prawn paste and 2 eggs. Mix well.

4.Apply the prawn paste mix on one side of the bread slice.
5.Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the paste until it completely covers the bread.
6.In a frying pan, heat some oil on medium-high heat. Place the bread with the prawn mix-facing down into the frying pan.
7.Fry until the bread turns crispy and golden. Then flip and fry the other side.
8.Once both sides have been cooked, remove the toast and place it on a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
9.Drizzle some sesame oil over the top for an extra sesame taste.
