1 pork tenderloin , trimmed and cut crosswise into 2 large pieces
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion , chopped
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 -6 challah rolls , split

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

9.Cut the pork into thin slices.
10.Toast challah rolls until lightly browned.
11.Assemble the panini with pork slices and any additional desired ingredients such as cucumber, carrot, or cilantro.
