2 green onions , chopped and divided
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 head napa cabbage , cored and cut into chunks
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
2 cups water , or as needed
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil

Instructions

3.Add in the chicken broth, water, and soy sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and form the pork mixture into large meatballs, adding them to the soup as you go.
4.Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and tender.
5.Stir in the remaining chopped green onions and sesame oil, and serve hot.
