Ingredients

1/2 - 1 large onion , chopped
3 eggs ( lightly beaten with 1 teaspoon sesame oil , salt , and pepper )
2/3 2/3 cup lup cheong sausage or 2/3 cup char siu pork
2/3 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
2/3 cup chopped shrimp
1 cup frozen peas and carrot , thawed
1 cup uncooked long grain rice , steamed and chilled overnight
1/2 cup sliced scallion
1 cup fresh bean sprout ( optional )
1 -2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 -2 tablespoon dark sweet soy sauce ( ketjap manis )
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

Instructions

1.Heat 2 tablespoons of peanut oil in a wok or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
