1/3 cup walnut halves , toasted
2 cups sugar snap peas , steamed

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and 1/2 cup water.
2.In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 teaspoons of the olive oil over high heat. Add the green peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly softened. Remove the peppers from the pan and set aside.
3.In the same pan, heat the remaining 1 teaspoon of olive oil over high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
4.Return the peppers to the pan with the chicken. Add the green onions, walnuts, and steamed sugar snap peas. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the top and stir to combine.
5.Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and everything is heated through.
6.Serve hot over rice or noodles.
