1 tablespoon plain flour

2 cups cooked chicken , chopped
80 g ham , thickly sliced and chopped
1 tablespoon coriander , chopped
1/8 teaspoon five-spice powder
150 ml thickened cream
2 sheets frozen puff pastry , thawed
1 egg , beaten
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.

8.Cut the puff pastry sheets into 4 squares each and place them in a muffin tin.

10.Brush the beaten egg over the top of each pie and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
11.Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is piping hot.
