1 packet chimichurri seasoning ( Made by Lawry 's )
1 1/2 cups water
2 cans tomato sauce
1 lb ground beef
1 can black beans , rinsed and drained
1 can corn , drained
8 flour tortillas , warmed
1 1/2 cups Mexican blend cheese , shredded
Chimichurri Burrito Casserole is a Tex-Mex inspired dish that combines all the flavors of a classic burrito in casserole form. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2.In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off excess grease.

4.Let simmer for 5 minutes.
