Ingredients

2 cans vegetable broth
1 cup dry red wine
1 can whole beets
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon fresh dill , chopped
1/2 cup plain yogurt

Instructions

1.In a saucepan, mix vegetable broth, wine, and pepper.
2.Drain and rinse beets, and cut into thin strips. Adding them to the saucepan.
3.Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
4.In a small bowl, mix yogurt and dill.
5.Serve the soup in a bowl, topped with a dollop of the yogurt mixture.
