Ingredients

190 g dried sweetened cranberries
4 red bird 's eye chilies , ends trimmed , roughly chopped
3 red banana chilies , trimmed , seeds and membrane removed , roughly chopped
1 small red onion , chopped
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup port wine
This Chilli Cranberry jam is a combination of sweetened cranberries and hot chilies resulting in a sweet, sour, and spicy flavored jam. Instructions

1.In a food processor, pulse the dried cranberries until they're coarsely chopped.
2.In a saucepan, combine the cranberries with the chopped red bird's eye and red banana chilies, chopped red onion, sugar, salt, red wine vinegar and port wine.
3.Heat the mixture on medium-high heat until it comes to a boil, stirring occasionally.
4.Reduce the heat and simmer the mixture, stirring periodically, until the jam is thick and syrupy, approximately about 20-25 minutes.
5.Turn off the heat and allow the jam to cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
