3/4 teaspoon allspice
1 1/2 lbs lamb shoulder , ground
2 lbs Italian tomatoes , chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/4 cups wine , light zinfandel

Instructions

1.In a large pot, add black beans, lamb bones, ginger, thyme, jalapeno, parsley, marjoram, bay leaf, white pepper, garlic, and black pepper. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours.
2.In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft.
3.Add ground lamb and cook until browned.

5.Add wine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 1 hour.
6.Add salt to taste.
