1 can no-bean chili , divided
1 egg , lightly beaten
1/2 cup sliced scallion , divided
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 1/2 cup colby-monterey jack cheese or 1/2 cup taco cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.In a large bowl, combine ground beef, oats, half can of chili, egg, half of the sliced scallions, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together well.
3.Put the mixture in a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Press it down to make sure it is compacted.
4.Bake for 45 minutes.

6.Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
