Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped white onion
3 cloves diced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
6 poblano peppers ( wide and long )
12 monterrey jack cheese slices ( cut from block cheese about 2 in long and 1/2 in wide , basically the length and width of the top par )
6 eggs , seperated
oil ( for deep frying , about half a bottle of oil )
salt
recipe for multipurpose tomato sauce
queso fresco , for crumbling on top

Instructions

1.Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the ground beef, chopped onion, and garlic for about 10 minutes or until the beef is browned.
