Ingredients

5 cups potatoes , peeled and cubed
2 tablespoons butter , or to taste

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.

4.Spread half the mashed potatoes in the bottom of a baking dish. Add the beef mixture, spreading it out evenly over the potatoes. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Spread the remaining mashed potatoes over the cheese and smooth the top.
5.Bake for 30-35 minutes until it is golden brown.
6.Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley before serving.
