200 g cream
1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric
1 teaspoon kashmiri chili powder
1 teaspoon tikka powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder

2 green capsicum

Chicken Tikka with Pilaf Rice is a hearty and very aromatic Middle Eastern dish. The main protein in the dish, i.e. chicken, is marinated in a delicious blend of spices, ginger, garlic, and herbs, including cumin powder, coriander powder, and turmeric. 2.Rinse rice with water a few times and soak it for 30 minutes.
3.In a pot, heat oil and add sliced onion. Cook until they are golden brown.
4.Add 2 1/2 cups of water, soaked rice, salt, cardamom, and peppercorns.
5.Boil the rice and then cover and cook it for 15 minutes on low heat.
6.In another bowl, mix cubed chicken, cream, turmeric powder, Kashmiri chili powder, tikka powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, yoghurt, salt, and green capsicum, tomatoes, and onions.
7.Marinate the chicken for an hour.
8.Take a pan and pour the marinated chicken mixture, cook for 15 minutes.
9.Turn the heat off. Serve hot chicken tikka with freshly cooked pilaf rice.
