Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
2 garlic cloves , crushed
6 tablespoons natural yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon fresh ginger , grated
Chicken tikka kebabs are a popular dish in South Asian cuisines. Instructions

1.Cut chicken breasts into 2-inch cubes and set aside.
2.In a bowl, mix together garlic, yoghurt, black pepper, cumin, turmeric, chili flakes, cinnamon, and ginger.
3.Add chicken to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
4.Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Thread chicken onto skewers and grill for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
5.Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce or chutney.
