Ingredients

6 skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 teaspoons La Kama
2 large preserved lemons
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 teaspoon saffron , soaked in 1 tspn water
1 onion
1/2 cup coriander leaves
2 teaspoons olive oil

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, garlic, and La Kama.
2.Cut the lemons into small pieces and add them to the bowl.
3.In a large skillet, heat olive oil and saute the chicken breasts until browned on both sides.
4.Pour in the lemon mixture and cover the skillet with a lid. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
5.Add in the slivered almonds and saffron and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
6.Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
