6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 jar pepperoncini peppers
1/2 large onion
1 bunch cilantro
2 garlic cloves

10 corn tortillas

Tacos are a popular Mexican dish that has taken the world by storm. These chicken tacos are inspired by the flavors of Tahiti and are bursting with flavor. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375F, lay pepperoncinis at bottom of a 9x13 baking dish, layer the onion on top of the peppers.
2.Slice each chicken breast in half long ways, then season the chicken with black pepper, then place the chicken breasts side by side on top of the onions.
3.Chop the cilantro, mince garlic and sprinkle evenly over the chicken.
4.Bake in preheat oven for 30 - 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through.
5.Allow to cool slightly then shred the chicken with 2 forks.
6.Heat tortillas on griddle or plate until warm.
7.Layer 1/4 cup chicen on top of each tortilla, then add onion, cilantro and a splash of lime juice.
8.Optional sides include extra cilantro, chopped onions, sour cream, guacamole or cheese.
