Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice ( fresh )
1 cup of loose basil leaves ( diced )
2 garlic cloves , minced
1 teaspoon red pepper ( crushed )
1 -2 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
salt ( to taste )
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
fettuccine pasta or penne pasta

Instructions

1.Preheat the grill on medium-high heat.
2.Take a large bowl and add olive oil, lemon juice, red pepper, freshly coarse ground black pepper and salt to it.
3.Mix all the ingredients well.
4.Add chicken breasts to the bowl and mix them with the marinade.
5.Skewer two chicken breasts side by side, lengthwise, on wooden skewers.
6.Take another small bowl and mix together the dried basil, dried oregano, parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs.
7.Now sprinkle the mixture over the chicken.
8.Once the grill is hot, place the skewered chicken on the grates of the grill and cook it for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly grilled and cooked.
9.Removed the skewered chicken from the flames to a platter and remove the skewers.
10.Serve hot with fettuccine pasta or penne pasta.
