Chicken skewers with dukkah crust and balsamic reduction are perfect for summer barbecues or lazy weekends. The skewers are made with chicken tenders, coated with dukkah and parmesan cheese, grilled until golden, and topped with a homemade balsamic reduction. Dukkah is a spice blend from the Middle East, traditionally used as a dip for bread. It includes nuts, sesame seeds, and spices, giving the chicken a unique nutty and spicy flavor. The balsamic reduction adds sweetness and acidity to balance the dish. These chicken skewers are perfect as a main course or as part of a buffet spread. Serve them with a side salad or roasted veggies.

Instructions

1.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or heat up a skillet in medium-high heat.
2.In a shallow dish, combine dukkah and grated parmesan cheese.
3.Thread chicken tenders onto skewers.
4.Brush each skewer with olive oil.
5.Press each skewer onto the dukkah and parmesan cheese mixture, ensuring each one is well coated.
6.Grill the skewers for about 4 to 5 minutes each side, or until they turn golden.
