Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together 1 teaspoon olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the chicken tenderloins.
2.Preheat a grill pan or grill over medium-high heat. Thread the chicken onto skewers and brush with remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil.
3.Cut the plum tomatoes in half and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray, then grill them for 2-3 minutes on each side.
