9 tablespoons olive oil ( divided )

2 cups arborio rice
1/2 cup white wine
4 -6 cups chicken broth ( heated with juice of 2 lemons )
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup grated romano cheese or 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup parsley , chopped

Instructions
