Ingredients

4 skinless , boneless chicken breast halves
4 slices thinly sliced prosciutto
1/3 cup butter
1 cup white wine
4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200 C.
2.Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness. Place a slice of prosciutto and a slice of provolone cheese on the top of each breast. Roll up each breast and secure with toothpicks.
3.In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Place chicken in the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
4.Once both sides of the chicken are browned, remove the chicken and put them on a baking sheet. Pour the white wine into the skillet and stir to deglaze the pan. Pour the wine over the chicken rolls.
5.Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the chicken is no longer pink inside. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
