Ingredients

500 g chicken , skinsless
200 g small onion , peeled
300 g small potatoes peeled and soaked in salted water
1 1/2 cups low fat yogurt
12 dry whole red chilies
12 black pepper , whole

4 tablespoons oil
5 green chilies
25 g ginger paste
25 g garlic paste

Instructions
