1 onion , diced
2 garlic cloves , chopped

2 cups chicken , cooked and shredded
1 1/2 cups parsley , chopped
15 lasagna noodles
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ( optional )
6 ounces goat cheese
1/2 cup basil , sliced
3 large roasted red peppers
15 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
1 cup feta , crumbled
1 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese , grated
This hearty lasagna is perfect for a family meal or a special occasion, as it is packed with delicious flavors and textures. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

5.Let simmer for 20 minutes.

13.Layer 5 lasagna noodles on top, followed by half the ricotta cheese, half the roasted red peppers, half the tomato sauce, and half the feta cheese.
14.Repeat layer.
15.Top with remaining lasagna noodles, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
16.Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
17.Remove foil and bake for additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
