100 g potatoes , boiled , grated
20 g coriander leaves , fresh , chopped

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and ghee well.
2.Add egg, milk and water and knead the dough for 5 minutes. Cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3.In a pan, heat ghee, add garlic and cook for 1 minute till fragrant.
4.Add chicken and fry till nicely browned and cooked.
5.Add tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, boiled potatoes and salt.
6.Cook for 10 minutes and remove from heat.
7.Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
8.Place a few spoonfuls of chicken filling in the middle of the circle.
9.Fold the edges around the filling and press gently to seal.
10.Heat a pan over medium heat and brush it with ghee.
11.Cook the paratha for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
12.Serve hot with chutney or raita.
